Amanda Hill
Amanda is a Senior Research Officer in Public Health Nutrition at Monash University. She is currently working with the Healthy Stores Project, supporting remote stores across Australia to implement the Health Standards in the National Code of Practice for Remote Store Operations and facilitate uptake of best practice in remote food retail. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (First Class Honours) and has over 15 years of experience working in public health nutrition, research, community health and clinical dietetics. She has spent many years of her career working in Aboriginal health in the Northern Territory and volunteering in international development in the Pacific region.
