NEHA ELANDASSERY SASHA
I am a Ph.D. scholar in Food Science and Nutrition, pursuing a dual Ph.D. through Kerala Agricultural University, India, and Western Sydney University, Australia. My research focuses on the nutritional, bioactive, antioxidant, and therapeutic potential of stingless bee honey and its value-added applications. I am passionate about food science, nutrition research, and translating scientific findings into meaningful applications for health and wellbeing.
