Malith Kumarasinghe
Dr Malith Kumarasinghe is a public health specialist and a PhD candidate at the University of Tasmania. His career spans clinical medicine, public health leadership, health research and community-based programs in Sri Lanka and Australia. He is currently completing his doctoral research on maternal health, body composition, and health information-seeking among Tasmanian mothers. His broader interests include preconception, pregnancy and postpartum health, maternal and child wellbeing, public health systems, and improving access to reliable health information. He is passionate about translating research into practical improvements in health and wellbeing.
