Margaret Murray
Dr Margaret Murray is a Registered Nutrition, Dietitian and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition at Swinburne University of Technology. She enjoys both teaching and research and is proud to be the Course Director for Swinburne's Bachelor of Nutrition degree. Her research focuses on improving the communication of evidence-based nutrition information such as the national dietary guidelines, as well as investigating how to improve tertiary nutrition education.
