Mairead Rodgers
Mairead Rodgers is a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) student from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Her honours research explored seaweed consumption and novel product acceptance among Samoan youth and was conducted in partnership with the Samoa Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. Her interests include sustainable food systems, innovative recipe development and nutrition strategies for Pacific Island communities.
