Ebony Hol
Ebony Hol is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and PhD candidate at the University of Wollongong. Her doctoral research explores how dietitians can support healthy and environmentally sustainable dietary change through individualised care. She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) in 2024, with honours research examining claims on Australian ready meal products. Alongside her research, Ebony works in community dietetics and is passionate about translating nutrition evidence into practical advice that supports individual and community wellbeing.
