Rozanne Kruger
Rozanne Kruger is Professor and Discipline Lead of Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Allied Health, Sport and Social Work, Griffith University in Australia, and is an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition, at Massey University, New Zealand. She is a registered dietitian and nutrition researcher and has worked extensively with vulnerable groups in both clinical and community settings. Her expertise is in dietary assessment and methodology, dietary patterns, eating behaviours and associated health outcomes.
