FATEN ALHARBI
Faten Alharbi is a PhD candidate at the University of Canberra. Her research examines dietary patterns, traditional Saudi food consumption, and sustainability-related food practices among Saudi women teachers. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, her work explores perceptions of traditional foods and their relationship with health and sustainable eating practices.
