Hoa Hong Nguyen
Hoa Hong Nguyen worked at the HCMC University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMP) for over 20 years. She is currently working at Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU), Vietnam. She was one of two principal supervisors of the World Health Organization Survey in 2006. She received special awards, including the Australian Government Scholarship for a Master’s degree at Flinders University, Australia (2010-2011) and the PhD scholarship from the UTAS, Australia (2015-2020). She received an outstanding certificate for the Post-doc Program of Emory University, USA (2023 -2025). She was the Vice Head of Community Health Practice Center, UMP (2013) and Head of Community Health Department, UMP (2014- 2017). She led the 306th successful AUN-QA assessment for the Public Health Undergraduate Program, UMP (2022). She participated in the Australian and US governments’ projects (ARWIL: 2021-2022; STAR-OM: 2020-2023; AAF: 2023; VISA D43: 2022-2024; CONVERGE: 2023-2025). She is a Vice Chairman of the Ethics Board and the Leader of Epidemiology and Clinical Research, TDMU (2026-2030). She reviewed many manuscripts of Q1-2 Scimago journals.
