Nguyen Xuan Phuong Le
Phuong Le is a PhD candidate at the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University, researching the relationship between plant-predominant dietary patterns and cognitive ageing, with a particular focus on women. Her research uses data from the Women’s Healthy Ageing Project (WHAP), an Australian cohort that follows women’s health from the menopausal transition through later life, to investigate how dietary patterns may influence cognitive health as women age. Her work highlights the importance of understanding women’s cognitive ageing, particularly given their higher risk of dementia and other age-related cognitive disorders.
