Elena Coulls
Elena is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and PhD candidate at Flinders University’s Caring Futures Institute, within the Healthy Start to Life research focus. Her work is driven by a commitment to improving children’s nutrition and wellbeing through evidence-based, inclusive approaches. Elena’s PhD research is focused on school lunch programs, using a developmental evaluation approach, with a strong emphasis on participatory methods that elevate children’s voices in shaping initiatives that affect them.
