Van V Nguyen
Van Nguyen is a medical nutritionist and clinical researcher. Currently a PhD candidate in Health Sciences at Curtin University, supervised by Professor Mario Siervo, Van investigates the effects of dietary inorganic nitrate and exercise on cardiovascular and brain health in older adults. With a Doctor of Medicine in Preventive Medicine and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, Van has published in journals including Nutrition, Metabolism & Cardiovascular Diseases and the British Journal of Nutrition. Van's earlier roles include managing international clinical trials and coordinating tuberculosis research at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit.
